Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 21, 2026. This policy describes the present site and integrations that may be added later.
Information you choose to provide
The current contact form opens your email application. It does not submit information to a Small Tool Guides server. If you send an email, your email provider and the receiving mail service process the information you include. The displayed contact address is reserved for future use and may not yet be monitored.
Basic server information
Like most websites, the hosting provider may process routine technical information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as an IP address, browser information, requested pages, timestamps, and error or security logs. Retention and handling by the host are governed by the applicable hosting arrangements.
Analytics and Search Console
Small Tool Guides uses Google Analytics 4 to understand site usage, including page views and interactions enabled through the web stream’s Enhanced Measurement settings. Google Analytics may process device, browser, page, referral, and approximate location information according to Google’s applicable terms and privacy documentation. We use this information to understand aggregated performance and improve the publication.
The site initializes Google Consent Mode before the Analytics tag. Analytics storage is currently enabled for measurement, while advertising storage, advertising user data, and ad personalization are disabled. The technical integration is prepared to receive updated choices from a future consent management interface.
Google Search Console may be used to understand how the site appears in search and to diagnose indexing issues. Search Console verification alone does not add visitor-facing analytics scripts to pages.
Advertising
Google AdSense is not enabled by default and no publisher identifier has been added. Advertising may be introduced in the future. Ad services can use cookies or similar technologies for delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and, where permitted, personalization. Before activation, the site should implement appropriate notices, consent controls, and policy updates.
Cookies and local storage
Google Analytics may use first-party cookies or similar storage when analytics storage is permitted. The site also reserves local storage for future consent preferences. Advertising storage and advertising personalization are not enabled in the current configuration. Essential hosting or security infrastructure may use limited technical storage. This policy will be revised as additional consent, advertising, or newsletter services are activated.
Affiliate links
Future affiliate links may contain identifiers that allow a merchant or affiliate network to attribute a visit or purchase. Refer to our affiliate disclosure. No fictitious affiliate relationships are presented.
External links
Articles may link to external websites. Those services have their own privacy practices, and Small Tool Guides does not control how they process information.
Children’s privacy
This publication is intended for business owners and professionals, not children. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children.
Changes and questions
This policy may change as the publication and its services develop. Material changes will be reflected by the updated date. Questions can be directed through the contact page.
